SEO Analysis & Strategy
Before optimizing comes understanding. I analyze your site, your competition, and search behavior, and derive a clear, prioritized plan from it.
What an SEO analysis really delivers
Every good strategy begins with a thorough analysis. I check the technology, content, and structure of your website, look at your competitors, and research what your target group actually searches for, classically on Google and increasingly in AI systems.
The result is not a data graveyard, but a prioritized roadmap: what brings the biggest lever first? This way you invest your budget exactly where it unfolds the most effect.

ctseo.de scores 100 % on Google
Speed is not a nice-to-have. Google treats loading time and Core Web Vitals as a ranking factor, and fast sites keep visitors and win more enquiries. What I deliver for my clients you can see right on this page, measured officially with Google PageSpeed Insights. Even AI agents read and use this page flawlessly, a direct advantage for your visibility in AI systems.

What you should know about the SEO analysis
My SEO analysis examines your entire starting position and leads into a clear roadmap. Specifically, it includes a technical SEO audit of your website, a content and structure analysis, a competitor analysis, and a keyword and topic research that also includes AI search queries. From that comes not a data graveyard, but a prioritized action plan: what brings the biggest lever first? I prepare this comprehensibly and discuss it together with you. This way you know exactly where you stand and where to deploy your budget so it unfolds the most effect.
I first get a complete picture of your visibility, technically, in terms of content, in the competition, and in the AI systems. Then I condense the insights into a strategy and prioritize the measures by effect and effort. I discuss the result comprehensibly with you, so you understand not just numbers, but also their meaning. On request, I then accompany the implementation. You keep the overview in every phase and decide yourself which steps we tackle in which order.
Because aimless optimization is expensive and ineffective. Without analysis, there is the danger of working on symptoms while the actual brakes stay undiscovered, for example technical errors, wrong topics, or an overpowering competitor. A thorough analysis shows what really brings effect and in what order. This way you avoid wasted budget for measures that move little, and concentrate your energy on the biggest levers. Every good strategy therefore begins with a snapshot; that saves time and money in the end.
A technical SEO audit checks whether search engines and AI systems can even reach, read, and understand your site cleanly. Among other things, I look at how well your pages are crawlable and indexable, how the page structure and internal linking are built, how load time and mobile presentation stand, and whether there are errors like broken links, duplicates, or indexing problems. This technical basis decides whether your content unfolds its potential. Weaknesses I find flow into the action plan on a priority basis.
In the keyword and topic research, I find out with which terms and on which topics your target group actually searches, classically on Google and increasingly in AI systems. It is not just about individual search terms, but about whole topic fields and the needs behind them. This way I recognize which content brings you relevant visitors and where there are gaps between what you offer and what is being searched for. This research is the basis for us betting on the topics that really bring target-group-relevant traffic.
The search intent is the actual goal behind a search query, does someone want to know something, compare, buy, or find a particular page? It is decisive because the same words can carry quite different intentions, and Google as well as AI systems prefer exactly the content that fits the intent. If I optimize past the intent, I rank for terms that bring no suitable customers. In the analysis, I therefore assign every important topic to its search intent, so your content reaches the people who really fit your offering.
A competitor analysis shows who stands at the top in your market on Google and in AI systems, and why. I look at which topics your competitors are visible for, which content and structures they use, and where they are stronger or weaker than you. From that, concrete chances emerge: topics hardly anyone covers well, or areas where you can catch up with manageable effort. Instead of optimizing in the blind, you see exactly where realistic growth fields lie and where a fight is hardly worth it.
I combine various data sources with professional tools and my experience to find out what your customers actually search for, on Google and increasingly in AI systems. More important than individual numbers is understanding the search intent behind them. Exactly this classification is the core of my analysis, and I take it off your hands.
Yes, that is firmly built in. Besides the classic Google visibility, I check whether and how your brand already appears in the answers of the most important AI systems and how you stand there compared to the competition. For me, both belong together, because a stable SEO foundation is the prerequisite for AI systems also finding your content and classifying it as trustworthy. This way you get no half picture that only looks at Google, but an analysis that considers the search of today and tomorrow together.
You get a prioritized action plan, a clear roadmap instead of an unsorted problem list. In it stands which weaknesses I found, which chances there are, and in what order we should tackle them, ordered by effect and effort. In addition, I discuss the results comprehensibly with you, so you know not only what to do, but also why. The goal is that after the analysis you know exactly where you stand and which next step brings the biggest lever.
You get concrete, implementable recommendations, no data graveyard. It brings me nothing to present you with a hundred metrics if it stays unclear what follows from them. That is why I translate every insight into a clear action recommendation: what to do, why it is important, and what effect it is likely to have. This way you can either tackle the measures yourself, give them to your team, or commission me with the implementation. What matters is that the analysis makes you capable of acting and does not disappear into the drawer.
As a rule, I get by with little. Helpful are access to your Google Search Console and your analysis tool, because real search and usage data lie there, as well as a look into your CMS to judge the technology. But I can also gather much from the outside, for example via my own tools and a crawl of your site. If access is missing, I tell you exactly what makes the analysis more meaningful with it. I treat sensitive data confidentially and use it exclusively for your analysis.
That depends on the size and complexity of your website. A compact site is examined faster than an extensive shop with thousands of subpages. In most cases, a well-founded analysis is available within a few days to a few weeks, thorough enough to be solid, but quick enough not to slow things down. I tell you realistically in advance what you can expect. A careful, reliable analysis is more important to me than a hasty result that overlooks important weaknesses.
The SEO analysis is initially a one-time, thorough snapshot at the start of a project; it delivers the roadmap on which everything else builds. But it makes sense to observe visibility continuously afterwards and to refine the strategy regularly, because market, competition, and search behavior change. A complete re-analysis is not needed constantly, rather targeted updates and ongoing monitoring. This way your roadmap stays current without you always starting from zero. What suits you, we clarify after the first analysis.
The free check is a fast, no-obligation initial assessment, above all with a view to your AI visibility, ideal for seeing roughly where you stand. The SEO analysis goes much deeper: technical audit, content and structure analysis, competitor analysis, and a well-founded keyword and topic research that leads into a prioritized roadmap. The check answers “Is a closer look worthwhile?”, the analysis answers “What exactly is to be done and in what order?”. Many start with the check and then decide on the complete analysis as the basis of the collaboration.
Yes, on request I accompany the implementation directly, but that is not a condition. Some customers want to work through the roadmap themselves or with their team and use the analysis as a clear guide. Others hand the implementation over to me wholly or partly, for example for technical topics, content, or AI optimization. Both are possible, and you decide how much you hand over. It is important to me that the analysis does not end in a vacuum, but that it is clear who takes on which step and how it concretely continues.
Precisely with small or new websites, an analysis is often especially worthwhile, because here you can set the course right early. A well-thought-out structure, the right topics, and a clean technical foundation from the start spare you expensive corrections later. With very small projects, the analysis turns out correspondingly more compact; I adjust depth and effort to your size, instead of using cannons on sparrows. This way you get a clear roadmap even as a beginner, without paying for oversized analyses.
That depends on how old and how thorough the earlier audit was. SEO and especially AI visibility have changed strongly recently; an audit from two years ago often no longer reflects today's situation. In addition, many older audits do not cover the AI area at all. I am happy to review an existing audit and tell you clearly whether it still holds or where it has gaps. If much still applies, we save the double work and concentrate on what really needs to be re-evaluated.
An automatic tool report spits out metrics and a blanket “score”, without context, without prioritization, and without reference to your business. Such reports confuse completeness with benefit and tend to overwhelm rather than help. My analysis uses tools as a data source, but interprets the numbers in the light of your goals, your market, and your competition. I separate the important from the incidental, explain connections, and derive concrete steps. In short: the tool delivers data, the analysis delivers decisions, and that is exactly what matters.
After the analysis, you have a clear, prioritized roadmap in hand, and the choice of how it continues. You can implement the measures yourself, give them to your team, or commission me with them, wholly or in parts. It makes sense to start with the steps that have the biggest lever and to observe the results afterwards in order to readjust. No pressure and no automatic obligation arises: you decide calmly about scope and pace. If you want, I accompany you from here step by step.

First understand, then invest
The most expensive SEO work is the one you begin at the wrong end. Anyone who starts without a clear picture often optimizes exactly what already works anyway, and overlooks the one weakness that slows everything down. An analysis first costs a bit of time and afterwards usually saves many times the effort.
My goal is not a thick report no one reads, but a clear roadmap that tells you what to do first. How I get there, I describe here.
Why I begin with questions, not with tools
An automatic tool report lists a hundred points and weights none. That unsettles more than it helps. I therefore start with the questions that count: what should your website achieve, what do you really earn from, where do inquiries come from today? Only against this background do the technical data even get a meaning.
Prioritization is the actual service
Finding problems is easy. The value arises through the order: which measure brings the biggest effect at justifiable effort, and what can wait. Exactly this weighting no tool takes off your hands, it comes from experience. In the end, you get not a list of flaws, but a well-founded priority order.
Classic search and AI belong in the same analysis
It makes little sense to view Google and AI systems separately, because both rest on the same foundations. I therefore look at both at once: how you stand on Google and whether AI systems know you and classify you correctly. This way you see the whole picture, not just half of it.
What happens after the analysis
An analysis is not an end in itself. In the end, you should be able to decide freely whether you implement the measures yourself, commission your team, or continue working with me. Exactly for that, the action plan is written so it stays comprehensible and implementable even without me.
So you do not buy a dependency, but clarity. What you do with this clarity, you decide, and I tell you clearly what is worth taking into your own hands.
How this could look in practice
A company wants to invest in SEO but does not know where to start. Instead of optimizing blindly, I check technology, content, and competition, and look at what the target group really searches for. It often turns out that a single bottleneck slows down the most. I take that first, so the budget works where it has the biggest lever, instead of spreading itself thin.
Who the analysis is worth it for first
If you face a larger investment, plan a relaunch, or simply do not know why things are stalling, an analysis is the most sensible first step. With a very small or new website, a lean snapshot is sometimes enough. What suits you, we clarify in advance, so you do not commission more than you need. The analysis then turns into a clear plan that I implement together with you, whether in on-page SEO, link building, or AI visibility.
